We are not university professors who prefer legal jargons and theories. Instead, it is our belief that trainings should be easy to understand and helpful to the trainees.
To make sure the trainees learn something after attending the training we will design the trainings with great care. We advise our lawyers to use cases handled in court as examples (we will absolutely not disclose any information about our clients).
It is true that there are different opinions on some controversial topics (most of them actually), but we will only focus on the opinions of the authority (courts) rather than on those that carry little or no significance.
We do not want to cause confusions to the trainees.
